These fruits are grown in the orchards of the Ghouta valley, close to Damascus, where they benefit from the generous sunshine enjoyed by these fertile lands. Grown by the most natural methods, these trees bear an abundance of sweet, sun-gorged fruit. These secular varieties, long abandoned in Europe, are small but fit for the finest palates with their incomparable flavour. Naturally rich in taste and sugar, we added only the smallest amount to concoct these delicious preserved fruit recipes.
A delicious selection of almond and pistachio pastes, created especially for fans of these delicious nuts and those yearning for the sweet treats of the Middle East; these pistachios are roasted and covered in caramel, the almonds are finely ground and flavoured with orange-blossom water and cardamom. To savour without restraint...
Our fruit pastes are made using only freshest fruit pulp and sugar, with no artificial flavourings. Gorged with sun and natural sweetness, these fruits are grown in the legendary orchards of the Ghouta valley, close to Damascus. The incomparable quality of our fruit pastes comes from their high fruit pulp and low sugar content and the delicious, ancestral varieties of fruit that we use, often forgotten or unknown in Europe today. We recommend you eat your fruit pastes within one month of reception and store them in a cool, dry place.
