Send a photo with your assortment. If you wish to send a photo with your assortment, simply send us an image file of the photo you wish to enclose; we will print your photo on glossy paper and enclose it with the bouquet. Details of the procedure to follow will be sent in your order confirmation email. You must send your file within half an hour of receiving this email. It is vital to respect this time limit for your photo to be taken into account by our automatic processing system.

A written will be enclosed with your message. Aquarelle-gourmand.com offers you the option to enclose a message with your assortment. Simply enter your text in the appropriate box on the order form.

Your box of chocolates or fruit confections will be delivered within a few hours throughout France...

- Delivery within half a day by our transport partners for Paris and the suburbs :

If the addressee is absent, we will attempt a second delivery within a maximum delay of 24 hours.

- Delivery for the rest of France :

You choose the exact delivery date. The delivery will be made by express mail or by courier. Any delivery arriving more than 12h late will be reimbursed and the totality of your order will be reimbursed for orders arriving more than 24 late.

For each order, our server calculates the earlienst possible time and date of delivery. You may, of course, choose a later date.

If the addressee is absent, notice of delivery will be left in the letter box our our courier will arrange with the addressee for a later delivery.

Your Diary

Use Your Diary as a handy calendar in which to record all your important dates. We can then send you reminder messages by e-mail.

You'll be alerted by e-mail 3 days before the date you specified, then once again the day before. This information is strictly confidential and is for your personal use only. You need not fill in the comments box. We can simply remind you of the date.

Aquarelle club

IF YOU ARE ALREADY A MEMBER OF THE AQUARELLE CLUB, YOU MAY CUMULATE YOUR PURCHASES ON AQUARELLE GOURMAND ON THE SAME CARD.

From the moment you join the Aquarelle Club, with every fourth order you place, you will benefit from a discount equivalent to 10% of the total amount of your previous 3 orders. Membership is entirely free of charge.

If you wish to join the Aquarelle Club :

Simply create a personal Aquarelle.nl account, on which all your purchases are recorded. This account is protected by an id – your surname - and your personal Aquarelle Club card number, which you will enter every time you place an order or consult your account.

With every fourth order you place, you will receive a discount equivalent to 10 % of the total value of the previous 3 orders. After each discount, the counter will be reset to zero. Each time you validate an order, you will be informed of the status of your accountw
